  • The two WPA structures inside the park are remnants from the Prospect Hill Park project, which started around the 1930’s. In 1942, Camp Petree was established as a base for the 35th Tank Company of the Missouri State Guard. Deconstructed in the mid 1940’s the only thing left were two roofless structures.
